I accept membership into the kent lions club and that the standards are limited to persons of good moral character and reputation. i recognize the importance of rendering personal service to my community in cooperation with other civic-minded persons. i understand that membership is not valid until approved by the club's GENERAL MEMBERSHIP.

I agree to the terms above and to submit payment of $115 ($80 annual dues + $35 one-time entrance fee) to the Kent Lions Club upon acceptance into the club.(required)
